TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to the technical field of anode materials for lithium-ion batteries, and in particular to a silicon-carbon anode material for lithium-ion batteries and a preparation method therefor.

BACKGROUND
Silicon has a theoretical specific capacity of up to 4,200 mAh/g and is a highly promising anode material for lithium-ion batteries. However, silicon undergoes severe volume expansion (approximately 300%) during lithiation and delithiation, resulting in destruction of the electrode structure and rapid capacity fading.

SUMMARY
An object of the present invention is to provide a silicon-carbon anode material for lithium-ion batteries, wherein the silicon-carbon anode material comprises a porous carbon skeleton and nano-silicon particles dispersed within the porous carbon skeleton, and the nano-silicon particles have a particle size of 20 to 80 nm.

CLAIMS
1. A silicon-carbon anode material for a lithium-ion battery, characterized by comprising a porous carbon skeleton and nano-silicon particles dispersed within the porous carbon skeleton, wherein the nano-silicon particles have a particle size of 20 to 80 nm.
2. The silicon-carbon anode material for a lithium-ion battery according to claim 1, characterized in that the porous carbon skeleton has a porosity of 40% to 60%.
3. The silicon-carbon anode material for a lithium-ion battery according to claim 1, characterized in that a surface of the nano-silicon particles is coated with an amorphous carbon layer having a thickness of 2 to 5 nm.
